Over the years, we have prayed for guidance during difficult times, but we also prayed remembering your faithfulness. When we had to move from our first location, and worried we would have to close our doors, you opened the door at Fairfax Circle at the last moment. When intense pressure was on us to move from that location, you opened our current location after several dead ends. On our journey towards permanent supportive housing, your steadfast faithfulness is evident.
We thank you for all our friends who supported The Lamb Center’s Hope and Future banquet. We are so blessed that construction has started on Beacon Landing.
We pray that during construction, you will keep everyone safe, and you will watch over every detail. We pray for the day when Beacon Landing’s doors open, and 54 of our most vulnerable neighbors will have a safe and warm place to lay their heads. With colder weather upon us, we pray you will keep our most vulnerable neighbors safe and warm. In that same light, we thank you for the hypothermia prevention program that will start again after Thanksgiving.
We trust it is your desire that our most vulnerable neighbors have a warm and safe place to lay their heads at night. We lift up all of those experiencing homelessness who have been displaced, and trust it is your desire that all your children have a place to lay their heads and be safe.
